Diwali Candlelit Practice w. Teresa + Ricardo — Yoga Grace | Qualicum Beach

Join us for a lovely candlelit class in honour of Diwali, the festival of lights. This special day symbolizes the victory of good over evil, and light over darkness, where many candles are lit as a sign of celebration and of hope.

Teresa will lead us through an all-levels Hatha practice while Ricardo shares devotional mantras in the theme of this special day. We’ll close with a deeply restful Yoga Nidra experience, as Ricardo shares the beautiful story of the origin of Diwali and its uplifting message.

After our practice, we’ll enjoy tea & treats! This event will be a beautiful celebration and all are welcome to attend!
